Returns & Refund Policy
We carefully select and pack all plants and products to ensure they leave our nursery in healthy condition.
Live Plants
Due to the nature of live plants, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for plant damage, incorrect care, transplant shock, or change of mind after pickup or delivery.
If a plant is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number. Approved cases may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-Living Products
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours and we will assist you.
Pickup Orders
Customers must inspect plants and products at the time of pickup. Once items leave our nursery, we are not responsible for any damage or plant condition.
