- Fertiliser: Feed in spring and again in summer with a balanced slow-release fertiliser or flowering-plant fertiliser.
- Pruning: Prune after flowering to maintain shape and encourage bushier growth.
- Mulch: Apply mulch around the root zone, keeping it away from the main stem.
