🌿 Main Features
- Attractive Australian native palm from Queensland.
- Famous for its long, bushy fronds that resemble a fox’s tail.
- Smooth, slender, grey trunk with a slightly swollen base.
- Fast-growing in warm conditions.
- Can reach approximately 6 to 8 m tall in cultivation.
- Produces attractive clusters of orange-red fruits when mature.

☀️ Growing Conditions in Perth
Foxtail Palm is very well suited to Perth’s warm climate and is one of the best palms for creating a tropical or resort-style appearance.
Position:
Plant in full sun to part sun. Give it plenty of space to develop its beautiful crown.
Soil:
Prefers well-drained, fertile soil. Improve sandy Perth soils with quality organic matter before planting.
Water:
Water deeply and regularly while establishing. Once established, it has good tolerance of Perth’s dry conditions, but regular summer watering produces better growth and foliage.
